STAT pickups are targeted for collection and delivery within 2 hours inside our active coverage zones. When you request a pickup, the app checks zone, time window, and courier capacity in real time and tells you exactly what is available before you confirm.

No. Labs confirm receipt with a single tap on an SMS link — no app, no account, and no login required. That one tap closes the chain-of-custody record automatically.

VialRun records every handoff, timestamp, temperature reading, and signature automatically. Within seconds of lab confirmation, a complete chain-of-custody PDF is generated and emailed to the operator, and stored securely for compliance.
